Merchandise purchased within 30 days is returnable if it is unused, in the original package and in new condition for your choice of:
1) store credit
2) equal exchange
3) refund less 15% restocking fee
Items purchased from October 1 to December 24 can be returned up to January 31 to accommodate early holiday shoppers. In any of the three choices, shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded. Please contact us at 877-499-2525 (305-535-2228 in Canada) to receive a return authorization (RA) number. This RA number is mandatory and should be clearly marked on the package. Shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges must be shipped via UPS.
Products returned without a RA from our store will be returned to owner at owner's expense.
Under no circumstances is used product (i.e. product rolled on or walked on in the street or sidewalk) returnable! Please try on products inside and in the case of Heelys skate shoes, do not remove wheel from plastic packaging unless you intend to keep them.
